This is a direct pay service (Debit/Credit, FSA/HSA).
Payment due at time of scheduled visit.
Unfortunately, insurance is not accepted.
The low-cost visit makes it an alternative for everyone.

Care is delivered by an experienced nurse practitioner who is passionate about the health of others.
As the sole practitioner for the clinic, care is delivered in a relaxed virtual environment for you and the provider to discuss your health needs.
